O futuro está a chegar.
Após meses de incertezas sobre um provável touchscreen tablet-pc, Steve Jobs anunciou ontem o novo iPad. Tem 1,3 cm de espessura, pesa 680 gramas e possui um ecrã de 9,7 polegadas (24,6 cm) de "super-alta qualidade". Inicialmente haverão seis modelos: 16GB ($499), 32GB ($599), 64GB ($699), 16GB 3G ($629), 32GB 3G ($729), 64GB 3G ($829). Os primeiros estarão disponíveis mundialmente dentro de dois meses, enquanto que os modelos 3G aparecerão nas lojas no final de Abril.
Será, muito provavelmente, o meu futuro computador portátil!

Future is coming.
After months of buzz about a tablet-style touchscreen personal computer, Apple CEO Steve Jobs yesterday announced the company's new iPad.  It's half-an-inch thick and weighs one-and-a-half pounds with a 9.7-inch IPS display, described by Apple CEO Steve Jobs as 'super high quality.' In all, there will be six models: 16GB ($499), 32GB ($599), 64GB ($699), 16GB 3G ($629), 32GB 3G ($729), 64GB 3G ($829). The first batch will be available worldwide in sixty days (so late March) while the 3G models will start rolling out in ninety (late April). 
It'll be, with no doubt, my future portable computer!
